Paulina Belovarski

Ms. Belovarski is a litigation associate at the San Francisco office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney. She counsels clients in a variety of matters related to business law, professional liability and all forms of civil litigation.

When she is not practicing law, Ms. Belovarski enjoys backpacking, beach volleyball and photography.

  • Ms. Belovarski graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Psychology. She studied at Tel Aviv University in Israel in the Fall of 2012.
  • While attending law school, Ms. Belovarski studied abroad at the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark, in the Fall of 2018, studying International Human Rights Law and International Criminal Law and Procedure.
  • While working for the Public Defender's Office of San Diego, Ms. Belovarski conducted preliminary hearings entailing cross-examining police officers and witnesses and performed closing arguments. She also counseled clients in San Diego jails.
  • Ms. Belovarski interned for the firm of Dummit, Buchholz & Trapp working in the area of medical malpractice and for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in the domestic violence restraining order clinic.
  • Ms. Belovarski was a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California and the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara.
  • Before starting law school, Ms. Belovarski worked for the US Forest Service, Sierra National Forest, educating the public on the Wilderness Act of 1964.
  • Ms. Belovarski was a Congresswoman Lynn Schenk Scholar while at USD Law. This prestigious scholarship is awarded to two women, selected by a Lawyers Club of San Diego panel, who see challenges as enriching and demonstrate tenacity, determination, and high levels of self-motivation.
