Mr. Bradley, a founding member of Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, is an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer. Mr. Bradley served as President of CAL-ABOTA (the California chapters of the American Board of Trial Advocates) in 2016. He was elected by CAL-ABOTA as Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2016 which is considered the most prestigious award that a California trial lawyer can receive. He served as President of the San Francisco Chapter of ABOTA in 2011. Mr. Bradley handles all forms of civil litigation, with particular emphasis on professional and fiduciary malpractice and the defense of catastrophic injury cases.
He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has tried over 45 cases to jury verdict. Mr. Bradley has been recognized by the California State Bar as a Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice law. Mr. Bradley was named one of California's premier legal malpractice trial lawyers in California Lawyer magazine as well as selected to the Northern California Super Lawyer list since inception (2004 – 2019). He is regularly called on to represent some of the best lawyers and firms in California, as well as a wide variety of other clients whose interests require courtroom excellence. Mr. Bradley is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating.
Mr. Bradley was the President of the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2011 and the President of ABOTA for the State of California in 2016. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a Certified Specialist in the field of legal malpractice law by the California State Bar. Mr. Bradley serves as a judicial officer for the San Francisco Superior Court Mandatory Settlement Conference Program. Additionally, in 2016, Mr. Bradley received the Lifetime Achievement Membership among America’s Top 100 Attorneys.
Mr. Bradley was the past president and is a current members of the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Women’s Rehabilitation Foundation. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Marine Corps Military Academy in Harlingen, Texas. He also is a past member of the board of directors of The Guardsmen of San Francisco, and a past member and vice-chair of the California State Bar Committee on Professional Liability Insurance.
