Michael P. Bradley

Managing Director

A founding member of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, Michael Bradley serves as the firm's managing director. Mr. Bradley handles all forms of civil litigation, with particular emphasis on defending professionals sued for malpractice. Over the years, he has tried more than 40 cases to jury verdict.
Mr. Bradley was named one of California's premier legal malpractice trial lawyers in California Lawyer magazine as well as a Super Lawyer of Northern California.

Mr. Bradley is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating.

Highlights

  • Mr. Bradley recently represented an Academy Award winning sound studio, obtaining an eight figure judgment against its insurer.
  • He has represented founders in their corporate initial public offering and has provided legal counseling in corporate business matters, including franchising, trademarks, real estate, licensing, employment, and securities.
  • He has represented clients on multimillion dollar business purchases, including golf courses, software ventures, hotels and power plants; and has negotiated and drafted various corporate business contracts, including licensing, employment contracts, and joint venture agreements.
  • Mr. Bradley serves as national trial counsel for a major mass tort defendant.

Mr. Bradley is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, currently serving as an officer and member of the Board of the San Francisco chapter. He also is a past member and vice-chair of the California State Bar Committee on Professional Liability Insurance

Community Contributions

Past president of the Board of Advisors of the San Francisco Women's Rehabilitation Foundation, Mr. Bradley currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Marine Corps Military Academy in Harlingen, Texas. He also is a past member of The Guardsmen of San Francisco's board of directors.
