Michael Carruth

Mr. Carruth represents business and individuals in all phases of civil litigation matters. In particular, he focuses on the defense of private and corporate businesses in all manner of commercial, business, professional liability and construction disputes. He also assists companies and individuals with strategic planning and risk management issues.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Carruth worked as a legislative aide to Congressman Wally Herger (CA – 2).

Mr. Carruth is a member of the State Bar of California (Litigation Section), Sacramento County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Carruth is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America, assisting in the management of various local troops.
