Nicole Engler

Ms. Engler is an Associate with Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney in the San Francisco office. Ms. Engler has a unique way of helping her clients through the litigation process. She brings over twenty years of experience in both coaching and teaching to guide her clients through complex concepts. Ms. Engler uses her vast array of communication styles when working with her clients to ensure a compassionate and client-centered approach, ensuring the client fully understands the process and experience.

While in law school, Ms. Engler worked in the San Francisco District Attorney's Office (Felony Preliminary Hearing Department) and the US Attorney's Office, Northern District (Major Crimes – Misdemeanors). Ms. Engler frequently handled the criminal calendar, including appearances at many hearings. She wrote over thirty motions and briefs focusing on various specialties. She also acted as counsel in over twenty felony preliminary hearings.

Highlights

  • Ms. Engler co-founded Technology4Life, a 501(c)(3) fiscal project specializing in teaching older adults how to use technology. She is also a technology instructor at the College of Marin.
  • Ms. Engler has extensive technological knowledge and has experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, Android products, various video platforms (including Zoom and Teams), and additional software.
  • Between 1998 – 2002, Ms. Engler was the Vice President, Senior HR Consultant, for Wells Fargo Bank, Inc. In that role, she provided nationwide personnel support for the Private Investment Group (nearly 2,000 team members) in areas such as Employee Relations, Labor Law, Succession Planning, Management Learning & Development, Executive Coaching, Benefits, Compensation Design, and Organizational Development.

Professional and Community Contributions

In her role as the co-founder of Technology4Life, a non-profit 501(c)(3) company, Ms. Engler has designed and delivered over 200 technology courses in over fifteen different locations throughout Marin County.

Ms. Engler has also volunteered for the Girls Scouts of America, served on the PTA Executive Board for two years, and has been a presenter at various organizations and seminars.

Ms. Engler has extensive experience presenting for such organizations as the Rotary Clubs throughout Marin, Marin County Senior Fair, Well Connected (Online Education Platform), and she has conducted several employee trainings on topics such as Communications, Performance Evaluations, and Diversity.
