Ms. Fair joined Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in September, 2006. She assists clients in a variety of transactional matters, including entity formation, financing, regulatory and licensing matters, compliance, contracts, risk management, and intellectual property. Ms. Fair serves as outside general counsel for clients in a variety of industries. Ms. Fair also maintains and active litigation practice representing clients in civil, administrative, and business disputes.

Ms. Fair is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation and Business Sections. She also advises a variety of non-profit and charitable organizations on a pro bono basis, and acts as general counsel to the Alameda East Bay Miracle League.
