Ms. Iversen represents businesses and individuals in all phases of litigation, focusing primarily on professional liability including legal malpractice, insurance defense, and breach of contract claims.
Ms. Iversen graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school Ms. Iversen was a member of the 2012 National Trial Competition; the 2011 Trial Advocacy/Moot Court Competition of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law; participated in the 2011 Intensive Advocacy Program; and was the 2011-2012 Public Interest Law Foundation Co-Chair. Ms. Iversen has also volunteered with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) as a new attorney for the NITA teacher training program.
Most recently, Ms. Iversen worked as a law clerk with the in-house legal department of BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Inc. Ms. Iversen also gained experience as an intern with Administrative Offices of the Court, Center for Families, Children and the Courts. Additionally, Ms. Iversen represented misdemeanor criminal defendants as part of the USF Criminal and Juvenile Justice Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Ms. Iversen was a program director for the Sacramento chapter of the First Tee, where she taught young children life skills and core values through the game of golf. Ms. Iversen's strong competitive spirit draws from her many years of competing in golf tournaments, including four years as a member of USF's NCAA Division I golf team during her undergraduate tenure.
Ms. Iversen is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
