Nathan T. Jackson


Nathan T. Jackson is a litigation associate in Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney's Sacramento office where he practices employment law, professional liability, and related business litigation. Mr. Jackson has an aggressive litigation style and extensive law and motion experience. Mr. Jackson strives to advance and protect his clients' interests through every phase of litigation, and he has successfully handled a broad range of complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Prior to joining Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, Mr. Jackson was an employment law associate for a boutique civil litigation firm in Sacramento where he practiced employment law and related litigation exclusively. Mr. Jackson has broad experience defending employers, and representing plaintiffs, in class and representative actions under California's Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA"), single-party wage and hour matters, workplace discrimination and harassment, and wrongful termination claims. Mr. Jackson also has extensive experience responding to investigations initiated and conducted by California's Department of Fair Employment & Housing ("DFEH") and the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), as well as successfully mediating cases with the DFEH and the EEOC. Mr. Jackson also counsels employers regarding sensitive personnel matters.

Professional and Community Contributions

Mr. Jackson is a member of the Sacramento Bar Association. Mr. Jackson also volunteers for the Legal Services of Northern California where he assists UC Davis law students in better understanding employment law and how to apply it.
