Mr. Kracht is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice is focused on the defense of individuals and businesses in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, products liability, class action, and insurance coverage. Mr. Kracht has prior experience in the area of family law.

Mr. Kracht interned with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. He was awarded the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and CALI Excellence for the Future Award: UCC Sales; he was a Law Review Staff Member and obtained a Fellowship with Center for Law, Technology and Communication and was on the National Dean’s List from 2004 through 2006.

Silveira v. City of Sacramento: Represented defendant and cross-defendant Riverlake Community Association in a personal injury matter where plaintiff incurred over $1 Million in medical expenses stemming from an auto accident. Obtained dismissal of client for a waiver of fees and costs.
