Simone McCormick represents businesses and professionals in products liability, personal injury, and malpractice claims as well as business disputes and employment matters. Ms. McCormick successfully handles disputes at all stages of litigation in state and federal court as well as in administrative proceedings. Ms. McCormick represents each client with an eye towards sensible and effective resolution that is tailored to the specific objectives of the client. Ms. McCormick also counsels entities and individuals in compliance, risk management and contractual matters as well as government investigations.

Community Contributions

Ms. McCormick serves on the advisory committee for City College of San Francisco's Legal Studies Program and the Board of Directors of the German School of San Francisco. She is a volunteer advisor for Kids Nature Adventures LLC, a San Francisco-based nature summer camp for children. She also participates in local and national running events to benefit various non-profit organizations. Ms. McCormick is co-founder and former member of the Board of Directors of Kinderhaus, a non-profit corporation and San Francisco's only German-American Preschool.
