Simone McCormick


Simone McCormick represents businesses and professionals in products liability, malpractice claims as well as business disputes and employment matters. Ms. McCormick handles disputes at all stages of litigation from inception to conclusion in state and federal court as well as in administrative proceedings. Ms. McCormick also counsels clients in compliance and risk management matters and in government investigations (e.g. privacy, data breach, HIPAA/HITECH, wage & hour, discrimination/harassment, elder abuse). Ms. McCormick represents each client with an eye towards sensible and effective resolution based on the specific objectives of the client. Ms. McCormick also assists clients in contractual matters, preparation of specifically tailored policies, procedures and handbooks and she conducts internal audits, trainings and investigations. Ms. McCormick also serves as a breach coach and is a certified privacy professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
