Ms. Neville’s practice focuses on tax controversies and representation of businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local taxing authorities. Ms. Neville represents CPAs, accountants and their accounting firms, enrolled agents, tax preparers and attorneys in tax, accounting and legal malpractice defense. Ms. Neville also assists private clients with tax planning and business transactions. Ms.Neville’s broad experience includes federal, state and international tax matters, and she deals regularly with corporate, partnership, individual, not-for-profit, employment, and trust, estate gift tax issues.
Prior to joining Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, Ms. Neville spent several years in the San Francisco office of a Big Four public accounting firm and clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Tax Division in Los Angeles.
Ms. Neville has co-authored and contributed to several articles on taxation issues and tax and accounting malpractice risk management.
Ms. Neville also holds a Master of Business Taxation from the USC Marshall School of Business, Leventhal School of Accounting.
Ms. Neville is a member of the California State Bar, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Bar Association and American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
