Nicole M. Pantaleo

Senior Counsel

Ms. Pantaleo is Senior Counsel in the firm's San Francisco office representing businesses and individuals in all phases of civil and criminal litigation. She is a trial attorney at heart and prior to joining Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, Ms. Pantaleo practiced 16 years as a Deputy District Attorney in Marin County. As a former prosecutor, Ms. Pantaleo is particularly proud of her work seeking justice for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and in continuing that legacy, Ms. Pantaleo is committed to giving a powerful voice to her clients in her private practice of law.

During her time away from the office, Ms. Pantaleo enjoys teaching courses at various institutions, traveling, and listening to her family sing Italian arias at Caffe Trieste in North Beach.


  • While a Deputy District Attorney for the Marin County District Attorney's Office, Ms. Pantaleo was the Lead Attorney of the Insurance Fraud Unit, the Sexual Assault Unit, and the Adult Drug Court.
  • Ms. Pantaleo has tried over twenty jury trials, conducted over 100 preliminary hearings (including a homicide grand jury) and conducted hundreds of direct and cross examinations of witnesses.
  • While in law school at U.C. Hastings College of Law, Ms. Pantaleo was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney.

Professional and Community Contributions

Ms. Pantaleo is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), Association of Latino Marin Attorneys, the Marin County Bar Association, the Italian American Bar Association and Anti-Fraud Alliance.

Ms. Pantaleo was a United Nations Delegate for Soroptimist International, High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, New York, New York in July of 2018.

Ms. Pantaleo is also a member of Rotary Club of San Rafael and served as the Media Liaison in 2016.
