Joshua Quaye

Associate

Mr. Quaye is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney concentrating his practice on copyright, trademark, commercial disputes, and professional liability litigation. Joshua has also counseled institutional clients through pre-litigation financial records inspection demands. His experience spans across various stages of litigation and arbitration including pre-dispute analysis, factual discovery, expert witness preparation, and motion practice. He is also active in pro bono veteran and LGBTQ+ matters.

Prior to his career in law, Joshua worked as a licensed merchant mariner in the offshore energy exploration and production industry contributing to complex subsea development projects in India, Singapore, and Brazil. He holds a United States Coast Guard issued license to operate vessels of unlimited tonnage as a Second Mate. He is also credentialed by the London-based Nautical Institute as an unlimited Dynamic Positioning operator.

Joshua presently also maintains a commission as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy (Reserve).
