Kimberly A. Shields

Ms. Shields is an associate at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in their San Francisco office. She currently represents individuals and corporations in premises, real estate, employment and construction defect litigation. She additionally provides consultation services to clients with regard to employment and real estate regulatory matters.
Highlights
While in law school, Ms. Shields externed for the Honorable Ronald Evans Quidachay and the Honorable James L. Warren in the Law and Motion department at San Francisco Superior Court.
Ms. Shields is the co-author of several articles on employment law and compliance, most recently Coming Home: Dealing With USERRA’s Negative Implications, which appeared in the California Employment Law Letter in 2008.
