Matthew Telford

Associate

Mr. Telford is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, where he represents businesses and individuals covering all of their litigation needs. His practice extends to professional liability, general business litigation, real estate, and complex litigation matters. Mr. Telford has obtained favorable results for clients in civil litigation, ranging from dismissal to settlement, and has extensively prepared cases for mediation, class certification, and trial.

Prior to joining Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, Mr. Telford was a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett's Palo Alto office, and Latham & Watkins' Washington, D.C. office, where his practice focused on complex securities and antitrust class actions and government investigations.

While in law school, Mr. Telford served as Technology Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Telford worked as a Street Law instructor, teaching middle and high-school students about various aspects of the Constitution with a focus on the individual freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Telford interned with the Human Rights Campaign at their Washington, D.C. headquarters.
