Ms. Tomp is an Associate in the Seattle Office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney. She represents businesses, individuals, government agencies, and non- profits in all phases of civil litigation in Washington and California. Her practice focuses on professional liability (representing attorneys, accountants, judges, real estate brokers, and insurance agents), white collar, corporate, real estate, and insurance litigation as well as government investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tomp was an associate with Bowles & Verna in Walnut Creek, California where she defended and prosecuted actions involving contract disputes, products liability, sales, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts insurance coverage, construction defect, corporations law, collections and commercial lease disputes and employment matters.

While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Goodwin H. Liu on the Supreme Court of California.

Ms. Tomp also participated in the Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic where she assisted clients in obtaining restraining orders and child custody orders.
