Associate

Mr. Vaknin is a litigation associate at the San Francisco office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney. He represents individuals and businesses in all phases of civil litigation. Mr. Vaknin counsels clients in a variety of matters related to business, bankruptcy, professional liability, and insurance defense. He reveres the relationship of trust with clients, and takes professional pride in taking deliberate and assiduous action to advance clients' interests.

Prior to joining Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, Mr. Vaknin worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael E. Ridgway of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Before that, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jack B. Schmetterer of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

When not practicing law, Mr. Vaknin enjoys the endless offerings in his hometown of San Francisco, and in the greater Bay Area. He loves to hike, bike, and kayak, and has marveled since childhood at the mastery of classical and flamenco guitarists, and certain comedians. He is happy to be back in San Francisco, after spending six transformative, joyful, and exceptional years in the Midwest.
