Caitlin E. Ward

Associate

Ms. Ward is an Associate at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in their San Francisco office. She represents businesses and individuals in all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Ward counsels clients in a variety of matters related to business law, professional liability, and white collar and regulatory defense. She also has considerable experience in litigating reimbursement disputes between health plans and providers.

Ms. Ward has trial-level experience, which includes preparing for and participating in direct examinations and cross-examinations of witnesses at administrative law hearings. She also has significant experience in e-discovery, including the development and implementation of e-discovery processes to maximize client investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ward was an Associate with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in their San Francisco office. In that capacity, her experience was largely with healthcare clients and included preparing for complex healthcare arbitrations.
