Stephanie Yee
Associate
Ms. Yee is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Murphy, Pearson,
Bradley & Feeney. Ms. Yee counsels individual and corporate clients in a variety of
matters related to business law, professional liability, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, Ms. Yee was working as a contracted
attorney on an investigative matter for defense of a major class action data breach
litigation. She has thoroughly reviewed and charted existing and newly introduced privacy
/ data breach protection laws of all 50 U.S. states and 3 territories.
Highlights
- As a clinic co-coordinator and volunteer counselor, Ms. Yee has interviewed
and advised clients on possible barriers to immigration, including criminal
history, prior and current marriages, false statements to government
officials, and abandonment of legal residency.
Professional and Community Contributions
Ms. Yee is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) and the Asian-
American Bar Association (AABA). She has also been an on-going volunteer with
AABA Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (APILO) since 2013.
