Krisha is an associate attorney practicing out of Murphy Pearson’s Sacramento office. She represents clients on a variety of issues including intellectual property, products liability, and environmental litigation. Krisha is also a registered patent attorney.
During law school, Krisha served as lead article editor for the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law and clerked at Polsinelli PC in their Hatch-Waxman IP Litigation practice group. She also participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Patent Moot Court Competition and received a CALI award for Biotechnology Patent Strategies in 2019. Krisha is an active member of ChIPs, CLA and SFIPLA.
