Based in Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office, Nicholas is a litigation associate whose practice includes white collar defense, stemming from investigations conducted by federal, state, and local enforcement agencies; professional liability; business and corporate transactions; intellectual property disputes; and all forms of litigation. Additionally, Nicholas provides advisement and consultation of student-athletes and institutions on matters related to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals and compliance.
While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Nicholas was the Editor in Chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal. Additionally, he clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office (Organized Crime Strike Force), where he helped prosecute members of domestic and international crime syndicates. Finally, Nicholas was a Student Associate for Startup Legal Garage, where he provided legal services for technology startup clients.
At the University of California, Irvine, Nicholas received a B.A. in Political Science & Government, focusing in Pre-Law. Additionally, Nicholas achieved a Minor in International Studies, focusing in Global Conflict & Negotiation.
