Murphy Pearson Senior Trial Counsel Philip Kearney, who previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of California, an international war crimes prosecutor for the United Nations and as an Assistant District Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco will be a panelist on Georgetown Law School’s International Law Society panel discussing “In Re Iran: Where International Politics Meet Transnational Law” scheduled for April 14th 2021 at 5:30 pm EDT. Phil is an experienced state, federal, and international trial attorney. Phil is also a native San Franciscan and a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law.
